About me
As a birth and postnatal doula I offer practical and emotional support to birthing parents, prioritising continuity of care and informed decision-making. Based in Hertfordshire but serving London hospitals, I aim to make a positive impact throughout your birthing journey.
I believe that one of the most important reasons for having a doula is to make expectant parents feel safe and relaxed wherever they decide to give birth to their baby, and to support the decisions of expectant parents without judgement.
I am a mum of two children (16 & 18). I have been a postnatal practitioner with the NCT for 13 years.
If you would like me to be part of your birth journey please get in touch. I offer a free 30 minute chat/zoom so you can ask questions and see if we’re a good fit
My qualifications are:

Testimonial:
"Emma was a fantastic support to us through the last days of the pregnancy, during the birth and afterwards. We had a very long induced labour due to a medical higher risk, that lasted much longer than expected due to operational pressures at our hospital. In the end the birth was a c-section. Emma was there on hand to support and to talk through the decisions we had to make. She was also instrumental in keeping our spirits high during what was a difficult experience. Thank you Emma for all your help!"
