My offer for you

As a doula, I am able to accompany you and your partner through the process of preparing for birth and support you during labour, birth and bonding. Having me as your doula means that you know that I will provide consistent and compassionate support and care. Continuity of care has been proven to be one of the most important factors in women achieving the birth that they had planned for. I can also support you in the first weeks after birth and will visit at least once. Postnatally I can support you and you family in the transition to parenting.

Free - 30 min consultation

Pregnancy & Birth Support

Two antenatal visits to help plan birth and understand wishes
On call 24 hours a day from 38-42 weeks (If your baby arrives outside this time I will do my best to be there)
Support from day one of booking by phone/email/ whatsapp
One postnatal visit to reflect and support

Fee:

£1400 - 30% (£420) discount will be applied as I am a mentored doula - which allows me to consult with a more experienced doula giving me and expectant parents even more support.

Postnatal Support

Emotional care and support for Mum
Guidance and support with feeding baby
Assistance with newborn care, such as bathing, changing etc.
Care for siblings in the home
Light household tasks
Looking after baby while you rest/nap
Companionship and a good listener for Mum
Provide time for self-care for Mum
Individual packages available upon request

Fee:

£30 per hour - minimum of 2 hours

Baby Sleep Support

Sleep, Baby & You - most up-to-date sleep science. In-person session lasting up to 90 mins

Information about developmentally normal infant sleep
How to support parent responsiveness to infant cues while keeping everyone's sleep in sync
How to promote manageable infant sleep patterns
How to meet infant's needs for environmental enrichment

Fee:

£65 (Includes 1 follow up call)
